Ticket Payment Policy
All tickets must be paid in advance.
Online ticket orders will by charged to your credit card within 24 hours prior to the performance date.
Telephone orders require a credit card for full payment or to hold the reservation. Cash payment can be made in our offices no later than 24 hours prior to the performance date.
Tickets can be paid for at the door ONLY when previously held by a Credit Card.
A raincheck will be issued for cancellations made by 12:00 noon for an evening performance and by 10:00 am for a matinee performance the day of the show. For refunds, a cancellation must be made 48 hours prior to the performance date.
Menu Changes or Special Menu Requests
Due to the cost and labor for menu substitutions, $5.00 per plate will be charged for all substitutions or specific menu requests.
Discounts and Certificates
Due to contractual obligations, no discounts other than those offered on this website can be used for any Special Events, including but not limited to Dinner Theater,the Lake Erie Wine Fest, and any other events with a paid admission. No gift certificates, radio gift certificates, charitable gift certificates, or other discounts can be applied to these events.
